The Dr Yoga app has been designed to make finding yoga positions and sequences to help you with health issues or improve your sporting performance quick and easy. Use our advanced search feature to search a long list of medical issues that can be remedied with yoga practice or simply click on the area of the body (with our easy to click body image) that you’re having trouble with and the Dr Yoga app will suggest different yoga positions and sequences that will suit you. Or if you’re a sports person looking to use yoga to improve your performance but you’re not sure which positions are best for your sport, simply click on your favourite sport and discover how yoga techniques can help you achieve greatness! The app is fully customisable so you can select your gender (and be shown imagery accordingly), how long you want to hold the pose for and whether you want to play music or not. We all have our favourite positions that are best for our body which is why we’ve also added a feature that allows you to save your favourite positions or sequences to quickly return to them another time.
