  • Love MarcoPolo so much!

    By MamaSmith917
My son has been using the other three MarcoPolo apps Ocean, Arctic, and Weather, and he really enjoys them and has already learned new things. He is only 2 years old, and so I am often hesitant about letting him use our devices, but when I discovered the MarcoPolo apps I changed my mind and set him up on an iPad that we weren’t using. The content of all the apps is great and we were all floored when he started telling us the he was going to “build a submersible.” The Arctic and Ocean apps have the building activities (like a puzzle) that have tidbits of info and then a free play with the items/animals he can build and the weather is basically all free play. I was anxious to add the World School app but was unsure it was worth it since he is just now 2 years. I finally gave in yesterday and am very pleased. He is barely making it through the videos and I have to point him to the activities, but he could perfectly navigate the videos with only a few minutes of figuring it out. The videos are fantastic. They are about a minute long and conversational, which is the ideal way of learning. The narrator is very articulate and the detail of the videos is great. They have a wonderful combination of animation and real imagery. I am more than happy to pay a fee to support new and fabulous content. Thank you MarcoPolo, keep it coming!

  • Excellent content quality

As a mom and educator, I love finding apps that have been carefully developed with sound pedagogy and best practices in mind, while still providing something fun and entertaining for my kids. I love the conversational nature of the videos, my 5 yo is a big fan!
  • Incorrect Information

    By cawalker7777
Please check what is being taught. The first lesson I clicked on was space. I signed up for the this because I’m a science teacher. You say “rotate around the sun”. That is incorrect. It is “revolve”. Students DO confuse the 2, and correct terminology is critical.
  • Monthly payment is inconvenience

I rather pay $20 one time than paying a monthly fee for using this app. Moving on Thanks

  • Great support!

My grandsons loved this app until a forced update caused it to stop working entirely, both on the iPad and my iPhone. I unsubscribed initially but was contacted by the developers with the suggestion to try an uninstall and a reinstall. I did that with the result that it was again working fine to the delight of my grandsons and was better than ever with the human body section now added. I changed my subscription status back to subscribed because this is absolutely the favorite educational app here. Thanks not just for the app but for great support!
  • March Calendar Update

    By Bikingak
We loved our first month but according to the calendar the month of March was supposed to be about the human body. We waited and waited and it hasn’t come yet :( My son is super excited to learn about what was shown in the preview but it still is not available.

I've tried many many times to sign up for the 7 day free trial and subscribe to this app. I love the idea of this app however the app will not let us sign up! Very disappointing.
